A high quality Japanese Kusakichi hand weeder forged in one complete solid piece. Made of high carbon steel, the blade of this weeder is very sharp & cuts tough weeds & roots with ease. The blade is slightly curved which will help dig into the soil easily. The blade is also easy to resharpen when the need arises. An excellent & quality hand weeder. This is the best weeding tool I have ever owned. I have had 3 or 4 that have lasted a good while but this one is better by far. The blade is substantial and it is able to be sharpened unlike the thin blades of all previous weeders. The wood handle has a smooth varnish finish and it sturdy in its connection to the blade and welded arm. Very well made too and reasonably priced. The service was outstanding with ordering a breeze and delivery fast. I will be ordering more quality tools from Hardwick & Sons who I am grateful to have found with an internet search. Thank you for a great product and excellent service.
