  • The long handled "Geologist/Paleo Pick" is a very durable & strong quality hoe pick. The head & handle are forged in one solid all-steel construction with strong pointed & hoe edge tips. The overall length of the hoe pick is 26" long which provides extra advantage & power when swung. The handle has a cushion grip which offers the utmost in both comfort & durability while reducing vibrations caused by impact. A great pick used by many geologists & paleontologists alike, & excellent for many operations in the outdoors including working with tough rocks. It is even useful for demolition work & roof shingle removal work as well. A very stout & solid pick! Made in the USA.

Since 1923, the Estwing family & its employees have taken pride in designing & manufacturing the world's most durable, comfortable & attractive striking & struck tools. All claw hammers, axes, specialty tools & pry bars are manufactured to the highest possible standards & offer a true value to both tradesmen & craftsmen alike.
