  • This Japanese Kyusakichi "Usuba Hocho" Laminated Knife is kitchen knife designed for slicing vegetables. The blade has a 6-1/4" (170 mm) long cutting edge & is suitable for slicing & cutting tasks of firm vegetables. 2-1/16" wide blade. Laminated with high carbon & mild steel. Includes plastic sleeve for protection.   Made in Japan.
