The template is cheap plastic and one misstep with the router bit and the template was toast...the manufacturer should include a paper pattern of the template cutouts with the "flipbolts" so the buyer can make their own template out of sturdier material or sell the template for what it's worth, maybe $3 But I was impressed by your fast service, shipping and communication.
