I was very pleased. If I had to think of one thing to complain about, that would be the shipping. I thought the shipping cost was quite high and the delivery was not as immediate as I have grown to expect. Regardless, I was very pleased that Hardwick carried the Pony Adjust-A-Clamps that I learned about on a woodworking video. I knew I wanted these clamps, but they were very difficult to find. When the package arrived, I was extremely impressed with the care taken to do the packaging. Whoever is doing the taping, certainly has set a new benchmark in neatness. Once in the box, I continued to be impressed with the care that was obviously taken to wrap the clamps in bubble wrap and tie it all together with a classy Hardwick label. Finally, the receipt was personally signed by an employee. A critic would say that this attention to detail is driving the shipping cost. I doubt that. I think it is more a sign of pride and attention to detail. People either have that or they don't. I don't think it costs much. I look forward to considering Hardwick & Sons for my future hardware purchases!
