These are beautiful! Paired with the rosettes, once the unlacuered brass ages some, it will be difficult to tell these from our 1920 originals. I also love that with Hardwick's I am not guessing about polished brass vs. unlacquered because it's clear in the product description. And if I have questions, I get help from an employee who knows their merchandise.

We are restoring an older home and, initially, we tried to purchase antique hardware to remain authentic, but there were numerous setbacks to this approach: different methods were used in different locations and time periods.
