This Double Bevel Sloyd Hook Knife is ideal for carving spoons, bowls, ladles & other deep hollowed work. It features a double-sided blade with a square, sharpened end. For added strength, the tang of each knife extends completely through the beautifully conditioned Cherry hardwood handle. It also features a brass ferrule for added stability. The overall length of this knife is 8-1/2” with a radius of .75”.   Made in the USA.

There's no flex in the blade - which makes it sturdy & extremely reliable. The rigidness & size of the blade allows for deep cuts & markings. The handle is made of beautifully conditioned cherry hardwood.
