A specialty Opinel stainless steel oyster knife! The stainless steel blade on this knife is very versatile & great for shucking oysters! The blade locks in place with a simple turn of the stainless collar; it also locks into the handle for safety as well. The Padauk handle also helps resist moisture in a marine environment. The very tip is centered & is slightly blunt for better efficiency when shucking oysters. Opinel INOX. -

Easy to order, arrived quickly but nowhere near as fun as being at the store, forgetting what you came for and leaving with a half dozen things you didn’t know you absolutely needed.. miss you in Seattle, will make the trip to post falls once you open!
