Solid Brass Sash Spring-Loaded Bolt

A high quality spring-loaded surface mount sash bolt designed for holding a sliding sash in either an open or closed position. Made of quality solid brass material for durability. The plunger has a 5/8" diameter & is spring loaded. It may be kept in a retracted position by turning of the knob on the bolt. This traditional sash ventilating spring bolt is designed in the early 20th century style of hardware, but will fit in with any time period up to the current modern styles. A very handsome & classic piece of hardware. Window lock is available in non-lacquered brass (the un-lacquered brass will patina over time), antique brass, lacquered brass, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, & polished nickel finishes.
