Powerful magnet to attach to the Mullan Plumb Bob Reel. This magnet attaches to the back of the reel, which then enables the reel to be used with metal structures such as structural steel, steel studs, steel machinery, & many other steel materials. The magnet has a 38 lb pull & is very strong! A bolt screw holds the magnet to the reel; it can also detach for regular use as well. -

I emailed about a couple out of stock items and received a response the same day. I was told the were on order and and should be there a soon as the supplier shipped them ( in about a week). I checked the website daily for about 2 weeks and unfortunately they were still out of stock. A few days after I quit checking I got an email saying they were in stock from the incredibly professional, and kind Lady who responded to my initial email. I responded to her email with surprised and grateful tone, because I am not used to the above and beyond customer service I was given. I guess there are still businesses, and professionals who really care about great service. The items only amounted to a $70 sale, so it wasn’t special treatment because of the price of the items. This is my first experience with this company, and I will be a customer in the future.
