These "Center" brand diagonal wire cutters that are made in Japan are a high quality tool and an exceptional value. They are every bit as good, if not better, than the well-known U.S. brands that are no longer made in the U.S. and priced much higher. They work great and I do not hesitate to recommend them over the pricier brands which I also own.
