I don't write reviews but i'm impressed by Hardwick and Son's. I ordered back plates that didn't fit the knobs and they immediately emailed me to let me know, then canceled the order. They suggested a solid brass knob with a backplate that came with it which I loved! I have to say the price is fantastic for brass compared to other sites. Thank you, I will be shopping here again!
