Half mortise box lock

I have used this item several times and each time have been disappointed by the quality of the product. The problem is I have been unable to find a better quality steel lock in this configuration. I would gladly pay two or three times, or more, for a quality lock that doesn’t have such a high failure rate or require modification to become workable.

  • An old-style half-mortise lock designed for chests, boxes, & drawers with lids. Made of steel material, this lock is sturdy & well-made. An excellent option for locking up big boxes & chests, or any cabinet furniture with a lid.
