Forged-Bronze Sash Lock & Lift

A high quality spring-loaded sash latch & lift; made of quality forged bronze material for durability. This handsome latch combines both a locking mechanism & window lift in one unit. To operate, lift the hook to release from strike & pull up window. To lock in place, simply release the lift & let the spring loaded latch mechanism lock on the strike automatically. The sash lock is designed in the late 19th century style of hardware, but will fit in with any time period up to the current modern styles. Available in non-lacquered bronze (the un-lacquered bronze will patina over time), lacquered bronze, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, antique brass, & polished nickel finishes.
