The Upper Hand cabinet jack worked well with the wall cabinets I installed as the first project I attempted with this tool. My only complaint is the stiffness of the adjustment ball detents which require a pretty firm press, but lock into place well. The pump handle is conveniently located and effective, and the unit is stable when supporting a cabinet. Since I was installing 36" tall cabinets against an 8-foot ceiling, I found it ironic that FastCap's Upper Hand tops out at 60" and their taller tool has a minimum height of 60". Fortunately, the Upper Hand actually extends a bit beyond 60". Overall, I'm very happy and wouldn't hesitate to purchase any of their other 3rd Hand systems.
