An 8-piece Wood Turning Tool Set made by Buck Bros. The blades are made of high carbon alloy tool steel. Ground, sharpened, hardened & tempered. Includes: 1/2" Skew, 1/2" Parting Tool, 1/2" Round Nose, 1/2" Spear, 3/8" Gouge, 1" Gouge, 1" Skew. The wooden handles are kiln-dried hardwood handles. Buck Brothers is a pre-eminent name in the manufacture of edge & cutting tools. Buck Bros. was formed by John, Charles & Richard T. Buck in 1853 after emigrating from Sheffield, England. The brothers' goal was to provide quality edge & cutting tools made from premium material. Over 160 years later, the company is still making tools in Millbury, Massachusetts.
