Good for the money
Cutting edge is in the same axis as the shank, which is more than I can say for my first cheap countersink bit. Not made in USA, but at this price can't expect that. I use ot on wood, and it works pretty good, though it tends to make flower petal (for lack of a better descriptor) shaped holes instead of purely conical ones; not sure if that is a design flaw, a sharpness issue, or user error.
