Can be used for sanding and scraping of lead-based paint in certain projects. NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved: P100. Replacement filter cartridge available. NIOSH approved: Organic vapor/acid gas/P-100. Replacement filter cartridge available. This respirator assembly is NIOSH approved for use against certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide or hydrogen fluoride or hydrogen sulfide & particles. The 3M Particulate Filter has at least 99.97% filtration efficiency against solid & liquid aerosols including oils.  Made in USA.
