  • A quality Kusakichi "Ika Gata" 3 tine hand hoe & blade forged in one solid head piece. Made of high carbon steel, the fork prong blades of this hoe are very sharp & cuts tough weeds & roots with ease. The hoe is also good for harvesting & cultivating soil. The blades are also easy to resharpen when the need arises. It is also a good idea to tap in the wedge on the top of the handle occasionally, since the hardwood handle may expand & shrink over time due to moisture. Kusakichi - Yoshida Hamano.

    A surprisingly effective and useful tool

    The "Ika Gata" made my last landscaping job easier and more precise; it also saved me from carrying a bunch of long-handled tools around. Be careful about loaning it to someone, or you may end up ordering another one! (Great service and fast shipping, by the way.)

Fantastic tool!
