Overall a very nice hinge my only complaint is with the hinges I received the ball was not as finished as the hinge body . Bought as a sample and will more than likely by the 30 sets I need for a project from Hardwick . Quick shipping and packed well .

I purchased these hinges as they looked like a great match for the door hinges in my 1904 home. They were about 1/16” taller than my old hinges and the top and bottom holes were slightly off. This was easily resolved by drilling out and the plugging the holes with a dowel. These hinges are the first reproduction item I’ve seen that were actually thicker than the originals too. The wrong finish was initially sent but a new set was put in the mail the same day. Top notch customer service from the folks at Hardwick & Sons.
