  • The "Camper's Axe" is a solid all-steel American-made axe that is ideal for camping, chopping, hunting, & farm use. The head is forged steel with a 4" cutting edge which makes for deeper faster cuts & easy chopping. The long handle has Estwing's patented "Shock Reduction Nylon Grip" which will reduce the striking shock up to 50%. The axe is excellent for use in felling, trimming trees & or splitting wood, notching timbers, driving wooden or plastic stakes with the flat back of the axe head. A terrific field-tool as well, it is used by many sportsmen, foresters, & tradesmen alike. Designed to last, & practically unbreakable, this is a fantastic & solid-made American axe!
